Our Return Policy Details
You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Easter supplies are perfect for your celebration!
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Candy Egg Fillers & Food Items: For health and safety reasons, all edible products including candy and chocolate egg fillers are final sale
- Opened Easter Basket Fillers: Once packaging is opened, these items cannot be returned
- Personalized or Custom Items: Any products that have been customized specifically for you
How to Return an Item
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include the following information using our template below.
We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Carefully package your items, include the original receipt or order confirmation copy, and ship to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.

Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this in your return request. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more than the original, we’ll contact you to arrange payment for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
