Shipping Information

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or other factors

Return Window and Conditions

• 15 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges
• Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
• Original packaging and receipt/order confirmation required
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive returns

Non-Returnable Items

• Candy Egg Fillers & all food items (health and safety reasons)
• Opened Easter Basket Fillers
• Personalized or custom items

Return Process

2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship items with original documentation using trackable service
4. Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless error is ours
